The staff were extremely kind and helpful, not a single complaint at all and can’t imagine how much nicer they could be. After staying at multiple 5star Hotels I can say this hotels staff were by far the best. Felt extremely welcome. The spa facilities were impeccable and offered a great relaxation experience. A great safe location with amazing food and bars around every corner and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle and noise of tourism hotspots. Will definitely be staying again without a doubt!

Location was very good for seeing the city. Quiet neighborhood, 25 minute walk to both red and blue hop on hop off bus system. Room was spacious, nice bathroom. Bring your own hair conditioner, excellent hairdryer. Breakfast was nice, good buffet selection. Adequate for 10 euros. Excellent neighborhood, lots of local restaurants and bakeries close. Convenience store across the street. Lido grocery store around the corner. Extremely expensive......but we were there for a long holiday weekend and The F1 Barcelona race weekend.

Great location and close to everything, pool is nice and the rooms are a very decent size with nice bathrooms. Rooms always cleaned daily and the staff on the front desk are super friendly and happy to help with anything. Breakfast is well priced yummy!

Comfortable space in the room. Bathroom, bathtub and shower are amazing. Location is excellent and options for eating are full of variety. Very close to main avenues, metro stations and a lot of taxis available in the area. Very safe and clean area. Personnel at the hotel are excellent and very kind. We will be back for sure.

The hotel was in a good location. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants, bakeries,and grocery shops. The bus and taxi stop was across the street. Nice quiet, spacious room and very clean. Lovely staff always willing to answer your questions.

Hotel was perfect for location! A 30 minute walk too all main attractions in Barcelona! There is good food and drinks places all around, very close! Hotel is very clean, staff were great and very helpful! Room was cleaned beautifully every day and towels and toiletries changed every day. Mini fridge in room, good shower and bath! Sterio/cd player in room for music

I recommend the hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, of which I spent too little time at the hotel, but I recommend the Acevi hotel. The staff is kind, the comfort in the room is high, the cleaning and the change of towels was done properly every day, the location offers you access to public transport, both metro and bus, the distance from the tourist attractions of the city is a bit long.

Break fast was excellent. Montsey was kind and helpful: she treated us like family.. She made a huge difference in our stay! We arrived from Rome early after having been on a cruise with Holland America. She allowed us to check in early and we were able to get caught up with sleep, suggested a great place to dine right down the street and even loaned us a converter plug when ours failed.

Location was great, 3-4 minutes away from red metro line. Plenty of places around to eat good. Stuff was super nice, they allow people to leave luggage until their flight even whole day!
